County Fair

Tonight we finally had a night when all 4 of us had open calendars!!!  And it worked out wonderfully because Uncle Lawrence called and we got to go to the county fair!!!  YEAH FOR SPONTANEOUS FUN AND EMPTY CALENDARS!

Never a Dull Moment

This week is VBS at church, so we are very busy! But that isn't all that has been going on! We've had swimming lessons, birthday parties, t-ball awards, visits with family and so much more!! Daddy's summer schedule has ended and he has begun training for the new school year. Myla is blowing kisses, yelling "byeee" and laughing when she is told "no"! Mommy is teaching and trying to keep all of our schedules going. I am gearing up for my 5th birthday and spending time learning site words and practicing my letters. I am also very interested in animals right now, so me and mommy are learning what they eat, where the live and all kinds of interesting facts! No, there is never a dull moment in the Douglas house!

Here Comes the Flower Girl

Today was Uncle Adam and Aunt Christy's wedding! It was a wonderful day! Daddy looked very handsome in his tux and everyone told me I looked like a little princess in my dress! The ceremony was beautiful and I walked down the aisle like a pro! There were lots of pictures, many tears, all kinds of smiles and lots of sweat (it was 106 degrees someone said). The reception was great fun, too!! We had a nice dinner and the cake was great. My FAVORITE part of the whole day was moving on the dance floor!!! From the time dancing started to the time my parents said it was time to leave, I was moving and grooving to all kinds of music! My cousin Alex was so nice and he danced with me a lot. It was just the best party!!! We took lots of pictures and many of them are on Facebook, but here are a few highlights for you to see!
